Korean IT volunteer team will provide IT training to the students of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) during their visit at NUB campus from 02 July to 30 July, 2012. An inaugural ceremony was held on Month long Korean IT Training on 02 July, 2012 at Banani Campus. Prof. Dr. M. Shamsul Haque, Vice-Chancellor, NUB inaugurated the Korean IT Training as Chief Guest. Mr. ABM Rashedul Hassan, Tresurer, NUB chaired the program. Prof. Dr. Md. Nurul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering gave inaugural speech on the occasion. Among others, Engr. Md. Baduzzamn, Head, Dept. of EEE and ECE, Prof. Dr. Al-Amin Bhuiyan, Dr. Motaleb Hossain, Teacher, Faculty of Science and Engineering and AHM Shamim Tuhin, Deputy Registrar, NUB were also present on the occasion. Mr. M. Mosarrof Hossain Masud, Deputy Registrar and Coordinator, Banani Campus conducted the inaugural ceremony. Chief Guest Prof. Dr. M. Shamsul Haque said that this kind of program enhances educational exchange among Bangladesh and others countries. He thanked the Korean government for facilitating the program. Young Mi, one of the members of Korean IT Volunteer Teem said that, it is our great pleasure to come to Northern University Bangladesh. This visiting and training program will help both of us students of NUB and IT volunteer team to exchange knowledge and Culture.
